Best Practices: Process for Student Complaints

Have you determined if your problem with the course is a technical issue or a course issue? If it is a technical issue, contact:

If your problem is a course issue, this is the procedure for resolution:

E-mail the instructor. You must give the instructor a reasonable amount of time to respond. Instructors should respond to an email within 48 hours. If the instructor does not respond, or the issue cannot be resolved, see Step 2.
Contact the faculty liaison listed (if one is listed) on the syllabus. If no faculty liaison is listed, go to step 3. Please give the liaisons a reasonable amount of time to respond. If the issue is still not resolved, see Step 3.
