Technical Support Cases
The Support Case facility is an e-mail based help tool. You should use this tool for further assistance after reading the Help Center or Related Topic files.
Click the Technical Support main-link to access the Support Case tool.

Type your question or a description of the problem in the textbox.
Verify the e-mail address in the textbox above the Submit button. The answer (e-mail) will be sent to the address shown.
Click the Submit button to send the support request.
To check the status of your Support Cases click the "My Support Cases" sub-link.

Your new Support Case appears in the Unanswered Support Cases area.

A technical support representative will answer the support case and you receive that answer through e-mail. The support case then moves to the Answered Support Cases area.
Please Note!
The purpose of the Support Case is to help you with Educator specific technical problems and questions. Course related questions should be directed to the course instructor.
Click the "Change Your Password" link on the left to proceed with the Icebreaker.
